Ja, für die Behandlung mit BWRT macht es keinen Unterschied wie lange die Fobie schon besteht. Mit BWRT wird die Angstreaktion komplett durch ein anderes Reaktionsmuster ersetzt. Es macht keinen Unterschied ob die Fobie seit fünf Wochen oder dreissig Jahren besteht.
Wie viele Sitzungen werde ich brauchen?

Hat die Behandlung mit BWRT ungewünschte Nebenwirkungen?

Dadurch ist die Veränderung natürlich und Sie haben die volle Kontrolle über den Prozess. Im Kern wird ein problematisches Muster von Denken, Fühlen und Verhalten durch ein anderes Muster ersetzt.
Muss ich meine Probleme immer wieder durchleben?
Nein, bei einer Therapie mit BWRT ist das nicht nötig. Sie müssen nur wissen, wie sich das Problem anfühlt, um es los zu werden. Sie müssen auch nicht über Details sprechen, die Sie lieber für sich behalten möchten.
